Return of the product
The return of the goods sold by Basharatyan V is carried out in accordance with the following return conditions:

Return of goods of proper quality

The Consumer has the right to refuse the ordered product at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the Product — within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved.
If the Consumer refuses the goods, the Seller returns to him the cost of the returned goods, with the exception of the Seller’s expenses related to the delivery of the returned goods by the Consumer, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the application filled out by the Buyer for the return of the goods to the Seller’s warehouse together with the goods.
To process the return of goods of proper quality, the Consumer undertakes to carefully pack and deliver the goods to the Seller (with all labels, components and a full set of accessories) and attach the following documents:
● return form filled in by the Consumer;
● a copy of the payment receipt or other document* confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product (for example, a document from the bank about the transaction performed with a non-cash payment method for the Product);
● a copy of the Consumer’s passport (or other identification document).

* The Consumer’s lack of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the Goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of the goods from the Seller.

 

Return of goods of inadequate quality

A product of “inadequate quality” is a product that has a “disadvantage” or “significant disadvantage”. In turn, a “disadvantage” is the non–compliance of the product with the mandatory requirements provided for by law or in accordance with the procedure established by it, or the terms of the contract or the purposes for which such goods are usually used, or the purposes about which the Consumer informed the Seller at the conclusion of the contract, or a sample or description when selling goods according to samples.
The return of goods of inadequate quality, as well as the refund of funds, is carried out in accordance with the procedure and deadlines specified in this section, as well as in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the Consumer discovers defects in the product and submits a request for its replacement, the Seller is obliged to replace such goods within 7 (seven) working days from the date of submission of the specified requirement by the Consumer, and if necessary, additional quality control of such goods by the Seller – within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of submission of the specified requirement.
The obligation to organize the examination of the goods rests with the Seller.
By agreement between the Consumer and the Seller, the Consumer may not transfer the goods for quality control (examination) To the seller, and submit the expert opinion of a third-party organization.
If an independent expert examination finds the quality of the goods to be inadequate, then within 10 (ten) working days from the end of the examination, the Buyer is paid the cost of the goods, as well as the costs associated with delivery and return shipment of the refund. In case of rejection of the claim based on the results of the examination, the goods are returned to the Buyer at his expense.
If the Seller has transferred to the Buyer a smaller quantity of goods than determined by the Buyer’s order, the Buyer, upon transfer of the order, has the right to accept the goods in the part corresponding to the order and demand to transfer the missing quantity of goods, or, if the missing goods were paid for by the Buyer, to refuse the order, including in part of the missing goods and demand a refund of the funds paid for By the buyer for the order / for the missing product.
The refund for the Product is carried out in the same way that the Product was paid for by the Buyer.
Refunds for purchases made through the Website are made by wire transfer of funds to the Buyer’s bank details no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date of the Buyer’s request to the Support Service or from the date of receipt of a written request from the Consumer sent in another way provided for by applicable law.
Funds for Goods received by the User through Promotions conducted by the Seller, as well as for bonus points, are non-refundable.

 

Return of the product

The return of the product is possible when its presentation (packaging, seals, labels), consumer properties are preserved, and the completeness of the product is preserved.

Goods of proper quality can be returned provided that they have not been used and have retained all their consumer properties, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the goods are returned of improper quality after an examination and the fact of the defect is established, we will refund the cost of the goods and postage.

The cost of the refund is paid by the Buyer according to the tariffs of the transportation service operator.
The refund rates can be found at the SDEC or Russian Post office.

You can send the goods to us via CDEK or by Russian Post.

Pack the goods, attach a return application and an invoice from the order/a copy of the receipt and other documents necessary for the return procedure.

Check the package before shipping:
• The goods in the application and in the package match in quantity and code.
• Tags and labels are saved on all products.
• The details of the card or account are indicated correctly in the application.
• An invoice or a copy of the receipt is attached.
