Thank you for choosing Basharatyan V! It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your choice, so if, unfortunately, you didn’t like your new purchase or it didn’t suit you, you can return it within 14 days after receiving your order.
To do this you would need to fill in the form attached to your purchase and send it to us via email. Afterwards our managers will get in touch with you to process the return.

● The items should remain in their initial conditions, there should be no defects or stains.
● All tags should stay intact and attached to the items, and purchase should be returned in its initial packaging.
Return of items in appropriate condition:
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days since the receipt of the order. Inside the package you will find a return form – don’t throw it away as you will need it to process the return.
1. Organize the return: get in touch with our managers by our email firstname.lastname@example.org to organize the return. Please provide your order number and explain the situation.
2. Fill in the form: specify which items you wish to return and why, describe defects if any, sign the form.
3. Send the form: please take a picture of the filled return form and send it over to our managers via email or whatsapp for quick processing. Include the form with the items in the packaging.
4. Send the package: you can either return it by yourself to the address: Vorobievskoe Shosse 4 (you would need to get in touch beforehand to confirm time) or send the well-secured package via mail or courier to the same showroom address at your own expense. Please save all the courier and postal bills until we confirm to you that we have received and processed your return. It may take from 2 to 10 working days (depending on your region) for your return to get to us. We will send you the confirmation via email as soon as we receive the return.
Return of items with defects:
If you are returning an item because it had a defect, the return expenses will be on us. To process the return please follow the steps of the regular procedure, but when sending us the return form via email also attach the photos of the defect and describe the situation. In case of defect detection, additional expertise may be conducted to determine the fault.
Please be aware that it may take 3 to 10 working days for the funds to be returned to you after we confirm the receipt of your returned package. The return sum will amount to the price of the items excluding any shipping expenses.
The funds can be returned in following ways:
● By cash or card transfer at the vendor’s place in case of personal return.
● To the bank card the purchase was made with.
● To a different bank card as specified by the client.
The way of return can be specified in the return form.
Items exchange is processed as a new purchase and return of the previously obtained items.
